Privacy Policy
We collect what we need to quote your project and run your portal account, and nothing else. This page explains exactly what that means.
Effective August 1, 2026
Who we are
Bellevue Windows & Doors LLC is a Missouri limited liability company with offices at 2419 E Southview Ct, Ozark, MO 65721. We design and supply custom windows and doors to homeowners, builders, architects, and trade partners across the United States. This policy covers bellevuewindows.com and the inquiry forms on it, and our builder portal at app.bellevuewindows.com.
In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Bellevue Windows & Doors LLC, and "you" means the person using our site or our portal.
The short version
- On this website, the only personal information we collect is what you type into a quote or contact form, plus the files you choose to attach.
- We use it to prepare your quote and answer your question. That is the whole purpose.
- We do not sell or share your personal information, and we never have.
- We run no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no social trackers. Our site sets no cookies of its own.
- This website has no accounts and no logins, so nothing about you accumulates in the background here. Our builder portal does have accounts, and we set out exactly what it holds further down.
The rest of this page is the detail behind those five points.
Information we collect
Information you give us
Our forms ask only for what we need to price and plan a project. Depending on which form you use, that includes:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Whether you are a homeowner, builder or contractor, architect or designer, or trade partner
- Project details — new build, renovation, or replacement; whether you want windows, doors, or both; the city, state, and ZIP code of the project; the approximate number of openings; and a budget range
- Any message or notes you write for us
- Files you attach. Our detailed quote form accepts up to ten files (PDF, JPG, PNG, or DWG). In practice these are drawings, elevations, schedules, and photographs.
We treat project drawings and plans as confidential. We use them only to prepare your quote and to discuss the project with you, and we do not publish them or pass them to anyone outside the service providers listed below.
Information collected automatically
When you submit a form, our security check receives your IP address in order to confirm the submission came from a person rather than a bot. Our hosting provider also keeps ordinary server logs — IP address, time of request, page requested, browser type — for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
What we do not collect
We think this is as important as what we do collect. We do not run Google Analytics or any other analytics package. We do not use advertising pixels, conversion trackers, or social media trackers. We do not build behavioural profiles, and we do not track you across other websites. We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, financial account numbers, government identification, precise location, biometric data, or any other sensitive category of personal information.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to:
- Prepare and send you a quote
- Answer your question and follow up about your inquiry
- Communicate with you about a project while it is being specified, ordered, and delivered
- Keep our own business records, and comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations
- Protect the site against spam, fraud, and abuse
We do not use your information to advertise to you elsewhere, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists. If we email you, it will be about the project you contacted us about.
The builder portal
Separately from this website, we run a builder portal at app.bellevuewindows.com for trade customers working with us on active projects. The portal does have accounts, so this section covers what is different there. Everything else in this policy applies to it too.
Signing in
You can sign in with an email address and password, or with your Google account. If you choose Google, Google sends us your name, email address, profile picture, and the identifier Google uses for your account. We never receive your Google password.
We ask Google for nothing else. The portal does not read or write your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service. We use what Google sends us only to create and secure your account, to show your teammates who you are, and to email you about your projects and orders — never to advertise to you, and never to build a profile of you. Signing in with Google is optional; an email address and password works just as well.
What the portal holds
Your account details, and the working record of your projects: the organization you belong to and your role in it, the projects and job sites you set up, delivery locations and contacts, quote and order line items, and any floor plans or drawings you upload. We treat drawings and plans in the portal as confidential, exactly as described above.
Other members of your organization can see that organization's projects and orders. That is the point of a shared workspace, but it is worth saying plainly rather than leaving you to discover it.
Cookies in the portal
Unlike this website, the portal has to remember that you are signed in. It sets a session cookie to do that, and it stores your language preference in your browser so the interface comes back in the language you chose. Neither is used for analytics or advertising, and neither is optional — an account you cannot stay signed in to is not an account.
Closing your account
Email support@bellevuewindows.com and we will close your account and delete your personal information within thirty days. We keep the underlying quote and order records for as long as our warranty, tax, and accounting obligations require, but we disconnect them from you where we are able to.
Who we share it with
We share personal information with a short list of service providers, each of which handles a specific part of getting your inquiry to us or running the portal. They are permitted to use it only to provide that service to us.
- Cloudflare — hosts the website and the builder portal, runs the code behind our forms, stores the files you upload, and provides the Turnstile security check that screens out automated submissions.
- Resend — delivers the notification email that carries your inquiry, and any files you attached, to our team, and sends the account and order emails from the portal.
- Airtable — stores the record of your inquiry so we can track it and follow up.
- Neon — hosts the database behind the builder portal, where your account and project records are kept.
- Google — only if you choose to sign in to the portal with a Google account. Google confirms to us who you are; we send Google nothing about your projects.
Beyond those providers, we will disclose personal information only where we are legally required to — in response to a valid legal process, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person. If our business is ever sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction, and this policy will continue to apply until you are told otherwise.
We do not give, rent, or sell your information to other window or door companies, dealers, installers, contractors, or lead brokers.
We do not sell or share your personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under sixteen years of age.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website sets no cookies of its own. We store nothing in your browser's local storage, and we use no tracking technologies for analytics or advertising. The builder portal is necessarily different, because it has to keep you signed in — see the portal section above.
The one exception is Cloudflare Turnstile, the security check on our forms. To complete and validate that check, it may place a short-lived token or cookie on your device and receive your IP address. It exists to tell a person from a bot, and it is not used to profile or advertise to you. Because we run no analytics or advertising, there is no tracking to opt out of, and we do not need to show you a cookie banner.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records and any attachments for as long as we need them to respond to you, to service a project, and to maintain our ordinary business, tax, and accounting records. When we no longer need the information for those purposes, we delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see your rights below — and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Portal accounts are kept for as long as the account is in use. Closing one is covered in the portal section above.
Security
Traffic to and from our site is encrypted in transit. Access to inquiry records is limited to the people at Bellevue who need it to do their work, and our forms are protected by an automated security check to limit abuse.
We would rather be straightforward than reassuring: no method of transmitting or storing information is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send us financial account details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through our forms — we do not need them.
Your privacy rights
If you live in California
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, where we got it, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to; to receive a copy of it; to correct it if it is inaccurate; to delete it; to opt out of its sale or sharing; and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Two of those rights need no action from you. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We do not collect sensitive personal information, so there is nothing to limit.
In the categories the statute uses, we collect identifiers (name, email address, phone number, IP address), commercial information (the project you are interested in and your budget range), geolocation limited to the city, state, and ZIP code you type in, internet activity limited to ordinary server logs, and any other information you volunteer in a message or an attached drawing. Portal accounts add your name, email address, and profile picture, and the projects and orders you record there. We collect all of it directly from you, with two exceptions: server log data comes from your use of the site, and if you sign in with Google, your account details come from Google. We collect it for the business purposes described in this policy.
If you live in another state
Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and a growing number of other states give their residents comparable rights — generally to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and profiling. We honour these requests from residents of any US state rather than checking whether your particular state requires it. As above, we do not conduct targeted advertising, sell personal information, or profile anyone.
How to make a request
Email support@bellevuewindows.com and tell us what you would like us to do. Please write from the email address you used to contact us, or give us enough detail to find your record — we may ask a follow-up question to confirm it is really you, which protects you as much as us. We will respond within forty-five days, and will tell you if we need longer.
An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf with written proof of their authority. If we deny a request, we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to our response.
Children
Our site is meant for adults specifying building products. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under thirteen. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we treat information we have already collected from you, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you directly.
