Solid construction
Engineered cores, weather-sealed jambs, and reinforced strike plates, built to take a slam every day for decades.
Gliding patio doors handle wide openings with a simplicity that other door types can’t match. The panels travel along precision tracks without swinging into the room or the exterior space beyond, keeping the transition between inside and outside clean and unobstructed. For high-traffic living areas and covered outdoor spaces, they offer the visual connection and natural light of a glass wall with the practicality of a door built for everyday use.
Bellevue gliding patio doors are built to your opening in aluminum or aluminum-clad wood, running on precision stainless tracks with multi-point locking for smooth, secure daily operation. High-performance Low-E glazing, weather-tight seals, and the finish of your choice come as standard, giving high-traffic living areas the light of a glass wall without the swing of a hinged door. Panel count, size, and finish are all part of one all-in quote, backed by a 10-year product warranty.
Sometimes called sliding glass doors or, in a lift-and-slide configuration, panels that lift slightly off a lower track before gliding to reduce drag on larger installations — all names for the same category of wide, horizontally operating glass door. Bellevue’s gliding patio doors use a standard rolling track for most openings and a lift-and-slide track for oversized or multi-panel configurations, where the extra lift meaningfully reduces the effort needed to move a large glazed panel.
What every door we build has in common — from the reinforced core out to the weatherseal.
Engineered cores, weather-sealed jambs, and reinforced strike plates, built to take a slam every day for decades.
Multi-point compression seals and continuous gasketing keep wind, water, and air on the right side of the door.
Insulated cores plus optional triple-pane glazing on lights and sidelights bring the door up to the rest of your envelope.
Built to the millimetre. Oversized, narrow, arched-top. If it fits the wall, we can build it. Custom sizing comes standard.
Gliding patio doors slide along a track. Two-, three-, and four-panel layouts cover most openings.
Material, finish, glass, hardware, grilles: at many door companies each one is a separate upcharge. At Bellevue, every option below is included in your quote as standard. Choose what you love. We'll build it.

Solid wood doors carry the most warmth and the deepest grain. Each is finished to complement the floor and trim of the rooms it opens between.
Aluminum doors carry the slimmest sightlines we offer, perfect for modern facades that want as much glass and as little frame as possible.
Wood inside, aluminum outside. The combination most builders specify, with character on the interior and weather-tight performance on the exterior.
Five finishing methods, each with its own character. Pair with any material above.
Enhances the natural surface of aluminum, creating a sleek metallic finish that stands up beautifully to time and the elements.
