Precision-built frames
Every sash and frame is manufactured to tight tolerances — reinforced corners, robust profiles, and hardware chosen to run smooth for decades.
Tilt and turn windows bring a distinctly European sensibility to the modern home, engineered for a level of flexibility that most windows simply can’t offer. A single handle controls two distinct modes: tilting inward from the top for controlled, draft-free ventilation, or swinging fully open like a door for unrestricted airflow and effortless exterior cleaning. A multi-point locking system secures the sash precisely against the frame when closed, delivering airtight performance and a refinement that rewards everyday use.
Every Bellevue tilt & turn window is built to your opening in aluminum, aluminum-clad wood, or timber and fitted with genuine European multi-point hardware for airtight, secure performance. High-performance Low-E glazing, warm-edge spacers, and the finish of your choice come as standard, delivering the energy efficiency and daily refinement the format is known for. The full configuration is quoted as one all-in price, backed by a 10-year product warranty and 25-year glazing protection.
Both are hinged, operable windows, but they solve different problems. A casement window opens outward on a single side hinge for maximum unobstructed airflow. A tilt and turn window does more with the same opening: tilt the sash for a narrow, secure vent gap that’s hard to force from outside, or turn the same handle further to swing the whole sash inward like a door for cleaning or emergency egress. If you want one window that behaves like two, tilt and turn is the format built for it.
