    01 Does a quote commit me to anything?

    No. A quote is a conversation. We send the itemized estimate, you take as long as you need to think about it, and if you decide not to proceed there's nothing to cancel and nothing owed. We don't sell, we don't follow up aggressively, and we don't share your information.

    02 How long does a quote take?

    We reply to every request within one business day. The full itemized PDF typically lands within five business days of our first conversation, depending on how many customizations and openings we're costing out. Faster turnarounds are possible on smaller projects.

    03 Are customizations really included?

    Yes. Our manufacturing is custom-by-default, so finishes, hardware, glazing, grilles, and threshold details are priced as part of the line item, not layered on as an extra against a "standard" version. If you're not sure what's possible, leave the notes field open and we'll walk through options on the call.

    04 I don't have plans yet. Should I still reach out?

    Absolutely. Many of our customers come to us during early design. A rough sketch, a Pinterest board, or even a description of the home you're imagining is enough to start a useful conversation. We'll come back to the line-item quote once you have plans in hand.

    05 Do you work with builders and architects?
