Precision-built frames
Every sash and frame is manufactured to tight tolerances — reinforced corners, robust profiles, and hardware chosen to run smooth for decades.
Casement windows are the purest expression of the form: a single hinged sash that swings open fully, delivering unobstructed views and maximum ventilation in the same movement. Available in left- or right-hand operation with inswing or outswing configurations to suit the layout, they adapt to nearly any architectural context without ever looking like they were forced to fit. Closed, their multi-point perimeter seal delivers the kind of energy performance that justifies the investment for decades.
Every Bellevue casement window is made to your exact opening in aluminum, aluminum-clad wood, or solid timber, then finished in the colour and texture you specify. High-performance double or triple-pane Low-E glazing, warm-edge spacers, and European multi-point hardware come as standard rather than as upgrades, so the window that arrives on site is the one you designed. Each is backed by a 10-year product warranty and 25-year glazing protection against fogging and air leakage.
Casement sashes are available from compact operable vents up to expansive single-sash units, and multiple casements can be ganged together with fixed panels for a full wall of glazing. Every unit ships with a heavy-duty crank operator and a multi-point cam lock rated for the sash size, so a large casement seals with the same pressure as a small one.
How do casement windows compare to sliding or tilt and turn? Casements seal tighter than sliding windows, because the sash presses closed against the frame rather than riding in a track. Compared with tilt and turn, casement gives you a fuller open area for airflow, while tilt and turn adds a secure vent position and inward-swing cleaning access.
Can casement windows be combined with fixed glass? Yes — casements are frequently paired with a fixed picture window in the same opening for a mix of ventilation and unbroken glass.
