1. Acceptance of these terms

This website is operated by Bellevue Windows & Doors LLC, a Missouri limited liability company with offices at 2419 E Southview Ct, Ozark, MO 65721 ("Bellevue", "we", or "us"). By using bellevuewindows.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

These terms govern the website only. They are not a purchase agreement. When you buy windows or doors from us, that purchase is governed by the written quote, order acknowledgement, and warranty documents we provide and you accept — not by this page. Where this page and a signed order document disagree about a sale, the order document controls.

2. Using the site

You may browse the site, read our guides, and send us inquiries about real projects. We ask that you not:

• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through our forms
• Send unsolicited advertising, spam, or bulk submissions of any kind
• Upload anything containing malware, or anything designed to damage or interfere with the site
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, probe them for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or interfere with anyone else's use of the site
• Use the site in violation of any applicable law, or for any purpose it was plainly not built for

We may restrict or block access to the site if we reasonably believe it is being used in any of these ways.

3. Our content

Everything on this site — the photographs, project imagery, product renderings, guides, written copy, logos, and the design and arrangement of the site itself — belongs to Bellevue or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "Bellevue Windows & Doors" and our logo are our marks.

You are welcome to read our guides, print or save a copy for your own project, and quote a short passage with attribution and a link. You may not republish our content wholesale, use our photography or copy in your own marketing, or present our material as your own. Any manufacturer names referenced in our comparison guides belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe and compare products.

4. Inquiries and attachments

Our quote forms let you attach drawings, elevations, schedules, and photographs. When you send us files, you confirm that you have the right to share them with us — that they are yours, or that whoever owns them (your architect or designer, for instance) has permitted you to send them.

You keep ownership of everything you send. You grant us a limited licence to open, store, and work with those files for one purpose: preparing your quote and discussing your project with you. We will not publish them, use them in our marketing, or share them outside the service providers described in our Privacy Policy. If you want them deleted, ask and we will delete them.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract, reserve production capacity, or oblige either of us to proceed. We may decline any inquiry.

5. Automated access, APIs, and AI agents

We publish machine-readable descriptions of this site — an OpenAPI specification, an agent skill definition, and a site summary at llms.txt — and our inquiry endpoints accept requests without an account. That is deliberate. If you use an AI assistant or agent to research products and submit a genuine inquiry on your behalf, that is a use we intend to support.

What we ask in return is that automated access be honest and proportionate. Do not submit inquiries in bulk or on behalf of people who did not ask you to. Do not send fabricated project details. Do not send requests at a rate that burdens the site, and please respect our robots.txt. Do not scrape our photography, guides, or copy to train a model or to build a competing product catalogue.

Automated submissions are subject to the same terms as any other. We may rate-limit, filter, or block automated traffic that does not follow these expectations, and our forms are protected by an automated security check.

6. The site is provided as is

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Our guides are written to help you make better decisions about a building project. They are general information, not professional advice. They are not a substitute for an architect, engineer, energy consultant, or code official, and they cannot account for your local building code, climate zone, or site conditions. Please confirm anything that matters with a qualified professional before you build.

This section does not disclaim the warranty on products we sell you. That warranty is set out in the written warranty document supplied with your order and is unaffected by anything on this page.

7. Product information is not an offer

The products, materials, finishes, glazing options, hardware, and configurations shown on this site are described to help you understand what is possible. Specifications, availability, and options change, and screens vary — a finish or colour on your monitor will not match the finished product exactly. We recommend physical samples before you commit to a finish.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell at a stated price, and no price, lead time, or specification becomes binding until it appears in a written quote we have issued to you and you have accepted. We may correct errors on the site, and change or discontinue products, at any time and without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bellevue and its members, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this website — whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or anything else, and even if we have been told such damages are possible.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of this website will not exceed one hundred United States dollars ($100). This limit applies to the website. It does not limit our obligations under a purchase agreement or product warranty, which have their own terms.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Indemnity

If your use of this site — or anything you send us that you did not have the right to send — causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages we incur as a result, provided we tell you about the claim promptly and let you participate in handling it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you and we each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force and the unenforceable provision is applied to the maximum extent permitted. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding this website.
